All our Longboards are finished in a high gloss and polish finish as standard unless requested otherwise and are laminated in premium quality 6oz and 4oz Hexcel cloth and Silmar resin, which gives a 50% reduction in VOC's released into the environment compared to previous resins used, all cured in our U.V. light tunnel, which also reduces the impact on the environment.  Competition models have a sand finish with a coating of our unique "Dolphin skin" Teflon finish. All CORD Longboards are laminated with Volan cloth. The highest quality Spanish foam blanks, which we import direct from Europe are used for all models. Various fin configurations can be specified but standard fitting is single box and side fin plugs in most Beach Beat Surfboards and Nat Young Models. CORD models have a single centre box with a 10" custom CORD fin.

All prices include one of our Beach Beat Surfboards glass centre fins which are custom foiled to our templates and small rail fins with a fin key.
